Around 200 people, many from sheltered housing, were escorted by Rotarians either by bus or private car  to a  community concert held at Birchall High School.

Entertainment was arranged with various singers, musicians, a magician and the school mistress from Wigan Pier.

Refreshments were generously served by the Ladies of Inner Wheel.

The evening finished at about 10.00pm when our guests were escorted home.
